Tonii
Bio
Tonii is a minor prince -- third in line to the throne of the secluded Mountainmist Empire -- and the sole ambassador of his nation. He commands very little respect outside of the empire due to the reclusive nature of his impoverished kingdom (which is mostly swampland surrounded by mountains) and its history of declining alliances. The royalty of his nation is well-known for obstinately refusing to recognize and support foreign principalities.
